Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TrustLane Logistics website and the Throughline platform. By creating an account or using the services you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

TrustLane provides a decision-intelligence platform for supply chains: shipment and inventory visibility, transportation management, yard management, eCommerce logistics, and AI-agent orchestration. TrustLane is not itself a carrier; transportation is performed by independent carriers under their own licenses and insurance.

You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep credentials confidential. Carriers connecting to the network must hold, and keep current, all licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate.

You may not misrepresent shipments or telemetry, interfere with data collection on loads you do not operate, probe or disrupt the service, or use platform data to build a competing tracking network.

AI agents act within the rules, thresholds, and approval gates your organization configures. You are responsible for reviewing agent configurations, and for actions taken within the boundaries you set. Audit logs of agent activity are available in your account.

The platform, its software, and its content are owned by TrustLane or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your logistics operations.

You retain rights to the operational data you submit. You grant TrustLane a license to process it to operate and improve the service, including training and evaluating predictive models on aggregated, de-identified data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is". Predictions such as ETAs and risk scores are estimates, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustLane's aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. TrustLane is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time; obligations from executed transactions survive. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your service agreement.
